so after getting so sick that i was going to work and passing out for no reason, having chest pains from anxiety, etc....i left my job. soon after i went to the hospital for a week or so and followed with therapy, etc. i decided to apply for disability since i also have several physical things that need surgery i can't get without insurance. (and ky doesn't give you a medical card unless your pregnant or already on disability)

i know it can be about a year's fight for disability, but we thought we could scrape by when my abusive SO finally went back to work after 2 yrs. but i also have 2 other kids with their father in another state after having had to leave him before he literally killed me. Yeah, i seem to have a talent for ending up with abusive men, one was physically and mentally abusive, and now this one is just mentally and verbally abusive. i also have a boy with this guy who's almost 2.

anyway, since i'm behind on my child support, if i don't get a job soon and catch up, of course, they put you in jail. so i'm back to looking for work and not finding anything, let alone something i can physically handle till i can get my other surgeries.

i'm still going to my approval type dr. appointments that the disability people set up, but i think i'm wasting my time since i can't wait to get disability anyway. i know i have no business trying to work right now, but i don't have a choice. and now, what if i can't find anything? the job market here stinks.
