Sorry to be so late to this thread, you gave me all the first useful links to check.

We hope you feel better soon, but if the meds are stopping you sleeping altogether, we're not sure you should continue for another month, could you get your Doc to reassess after another 2 weeks (we know that's bad enough),
but most meds that will ever work for you do it in 6 weeks or not at all.
