I wanted to apologise to everyone for my lack of attendance to being at and running the "Survivors of Abuse" and "Live the Life You Imagined" chats. I have not abandoned either one as I have been unable to be here.

I had back surgery a few days ago and am having trouble being on for very long at a time. I am only supposed to sit up for 30 minutes at a time and sometimes I am finding it hard to even be awake for that long. The pain and the pain meds are really knocking me out and concentration is little to nothing at times.

I am sorry for the absense and want you all to know that I will resume them on August 7th unless something happens that I cannot. I am supposed to get the staples out August 2nd and hopefully everything will go okay.

Again I apologise for not being here and I do miss you all and the chats. Just wanted to let everyone know and hopefully everything will be back on schedule starting August 7th.
