Sorry, just want to add that you do need to have a DD diagnosed by a professional before jumping to the conclusion yourself. It can be many things as dissociation can be part of many disorders. Deciding yourself that it MUST be DID can be damaging as other things may be being overlooked. Remember that full blown DID is rare though Dissociative disorders are not. Yes I am aware of that. I just don't want to go to my doctor and be put away that scares me more than anything. I told my doctor last year about the voices and the things they say. He said that we should wait a while then book some test thing. I got very worried they would lock me away so I never mentioned it again. But a couple of the voices are getting louder.
This was the only place I felt safe discussing it. But I get the feeling now that I am wrong about that. I'll just keep it to myself that is probably the best thing to do. i've done it this long
