Since you've had bariatric surgery I concerned about giving the wrong advice. Can you eat a high fiber cereal - if you can ...buy Bran Buds cereal. I always have a problem with constip. and this cereal helps a lot, but you have to eat it daily for it to work. If it's okay with your doctor start eating this cereal.
