I would suggest going to see a T. The symptoms you are talking about, usually come about as a result of issues that have not been addressed.

I notice your dx of Bipolar. Definitely not an easy one. Do you notice you other disorderes getting worse as your moods fluctuate?

I'm not sure what kind of doctor you are going to, and what for, but let the doctor help you with whatever your concerns are. The doctor should have your best interest at heart.
