You were very courageous to have done what you did. I can imagine how difficult it must have been for you and I can also appreciate what you said about not wanting to be there while she read your note! I would have felt the same way. The important thing, however, is that you were honest with her. That must be a freeing feeling in itself in that you don't have to carry that burden any longer.

I'm sure that your next appointment, although difficult, will work out just fine. This is a step in the right direction.
