Today we went to our therapy appt. We have decided to stop seeing her. she isn't helping us anymore we are basically helping ourselves. i want to find someone who can help us but there isn't anyone close to us that can. we want to be helped we don't know everything that we should do we need people to direct us.... eugh....... what to do what to do............
