Just fill in the space that you feel comfortable feeling.
the hardest thing for us to learn was to allow things to come to the surface as it was ready to come forth.
We think of it like an onion, We have many layers and the the closer the core the more we cry. The same way you would if peeling a very stong onion.
Go softly and gently on this path and know that we are thinking of you to as we are peeling our own onion of life.
