For me, the hardest part is being depressed about being depressed. Once I accept my depression and do what I can to have a more functional life, I can get passionate.

Heck, I volunteered at a charity stuffing envelopes. I wanted to be the best envelope stuffer I could be. It also helps to know your efforts are appreciated.

It takes some work to get past the bumps in the road. We have to learn to be more resilient. As Confucius said, “It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop."
