I just heard from my psych hospital this morning. I'm supposed to go IP on Aug. 11. It's a month long program. It's in one of the hospital's new buildings and is supposed to be unlike a traditional psych ward. I've seen pictures of the rooms and they look more like university dorm rooms than hospital rooms and we can lock the doors.

But I'm still scared. I don't like being IP. I'm used to living alone and doing what I want when I want to, so being around a whole bunch of people is hard. But I think it'll be good for me.
