Thanks dragonfly! I unfortunately regularly work shift work for my job. I love my job and though the shift work isn't ideal for the BP management, for the past 2 years I have been able to manage it. I wouldn't recommend shift work for someone with BP, but this is the same job that I had before I was diagnosed and other than the shift work the job is a great fit for me. It's something that my p-doc, therapist and I keep an eye on and when I mood track I note when I'm nights, so I can see the effect on my mood. I actually had to get a note from my P-doc allowing myself to go back on nights after my leave of absence.

I hope you start feeling better dragonfly!
