Personally?

I'd go for something that didn't pay as much, may not be a "stable" job, but made me happier.

At the same time though, I wanted to be a teacher. At the moment, I'm not on a career path towards that though, because there are a severe lack of jobs for teachers in my city and area. So instead I'm looking at a career helping people (which is what I've always wanted to do), just not in a teaching capacity.
