My husband is very convinced that we can do this. I told him that all the paperwork would be him. I just can't take the pressure or the thought I might do something wrong.
He called me from work today and told me to call our realtor and ask her to advise us. He also wanted her to know we would give her some money as a thanks when the house sells.
I don't know if he was feeling insecure (doubt it) or he took my feelings into account but this is what I was hoping for. Only thing is that I wanted to give her money now.
