At the risk of being graphic, I have a very heavy flow during my period. I have never been able to use tampons comfortably. If I kept things as nature dictated, it is a painful icky mess in the morning when I get up. I just feel cleaner.
I've been taking care of business down there even before I was sexually active. I do it for me, so I feel cleaner.
