That is a very powerful dream. I agree with Geminian. But the date brands are important. I felt that it was not a single event that riddled you or tore you to pieces, but a timeline, so to speak. And yes, you feel that you are unlovable. Rejection is big here. But my 1st thought came with the initial contact in the beverage shop. You are thirsty for something and asked for what you need and were given nothing useful. Hot water cannot quench a thirst. You wanted to leave, but were drawn deeper inside. Your needs are not being met, whether by you or another. You are being destroyed over time ( hence the dates) and are detached from the emotion of it ( not feeling anything) and they are not fresh wounds ( there is no blood). Your face is intact, because that is the mask you wear for the world. It HAS to look normal. You feel like walking dead. You need someone to love you, but they are detached ( alcohol) and run from you ( rejection, neglect). Maybe you feel that it is somethign you have done, or that has been done to you. But there is no trust, because there are no feelings.
It is a fascinating dream. I hope you find the answers, but I would ( if it were my dream) try to see the dates on the brands. If you dream it again.
