Ooooooh YES! Not so much at the moment <twitch twitch>, but yes indeed. A little over a month ago, I was giving serious consideration to a haircut. (I used to have a good stylist/colorist. Since financially for many months now I've had no choice but to be left to my own devices... let's just say, . Soooo not a hairdresser am I.) It was heinous and I couldn't stand it. Did give thought to the near crew-cut. Figured out something only "slightly" bizarre, <cough> I mean, "unusual".

Ok, so here's where the impulse thing comes in. Because "starting to think about something" is virtually synonymous with "must do NOW", in less than 24 hours from finding the picture (well, compilation really, because why have 1 when you can have 3 in 1?!) along comes 1 am. Where am I? Sitting on the counter in the bathroom with $1 scissors trying to cut my hair very short, even though I can't get a correct angle to save my life or even a good look at it holding up a mirror. Pretty well flying blind, oh yeah. Glance, whack, glance, whack. You can imagine what it looked like.
I had *some* amount of sense in stopping, but not before I'd mauled it damn good.
Next day I _had_ to call and make an appointment.

So yeah, onlymedid. Not alone.
