Do you have sleep apnea? And, do you use a CPAP machine every night? Well, if you do, you know how much of a pain in the butt it is.
Sometimes I'm too tired to hook all the stuff up into all the orifices and strap myself down and stuff. I feel pinned. Kinda bothers my PTSD fears.
Anyways, my problem is this:
When I do not use the CPAP at night, the next morning I have a migraine almost all day long. I used to have migraines all the time before I started using the CPAP.
So, are migraines and sleep apnea related? I doubt anyone here can answer that question for me.
