Sounds to me that you figured this out on your own! Obviously they are to you.. related.
When you NEED a CPAP it's because you stop breathing during sleep. You can die from this, ya know? Just because you do wake up in the morning doesn't mean your body has had enough oxygen to function during the night. I hope you can make it somehow to always have it set up, and wear it and turn it on at night to sleep... it will keep you around. I have one friend, and she uses a CPAP... and takes it along when we travel to Disney together (she goes as my friend and helper, as I am disabled.) I wonder if your not using it is really a passive suicide wish? I do understand the "entrapment" aspect with the PTSD though. Can you discuss this and get good vibes/meditations to overcome not using it, with your T??? Have you googled the CPAP, apnea, migraine connection? good wishes! tc
