Hey Faljo,
Seems like this has become pretty routine to you. Why not use the time to begin to understand your fears and then it might become a little easier to handle. I had a fear of heights, but then challenged it by signing up for a sky diving class. Went pretty well and since then I have decided to tackle my fears head on, even if it is just once so as to take the power which it has over me away from it.
