I suppose you have found what you believe works best for you. Do you feel good though, at this point? You say you hide your issues...does that make you feel good or bad? If it feels bad, maybe professional help wouldn't be such a bad idea.

I know with one of my issues that we share (seeing shadow people), there's really no way for me to get rid of that. They usually only show themselves during times of great stress. But, it helped me to talk to my doctors about the shadow people, to have them listen. Sometimes just having someone to chat with regularly makes a big difference.
