I find if I'm in a bad situation when I'm high, or I smoke too much, my anxiety skyrockets and I get much, much worse. I've been having some seriously bad trips lately. But if I do it right it really does take the edge off. I can only take one-hitters right now and I can only do it if I'm alone or with a couple close friends.
My friend can go through a few grams a day and pretty much relies solely on weed to ease her anxiety. Neither of us have ever been diagnosed or even talked to a professional; pot's the cheapest and most accessible alternative right now. I just kind of feel bad for my friend, it costs her a lot of money and she has horrible panic attacks if she can't smoke for a couple of days.

I'm pretty happy I'm an easy bake haha.
