Dragonfly, I don't think it's a matter of strength or weakness whether one can work full time. For me my career helps my stability in that it gives me structure and I enjoy it. However, I know I couldn't be a mother. It takes a lot of strength to recognize that something won't work for you and not "caving" to what society says should be your role. You are a strong person!
