Daily positive affirmations definitely help a lot I find, they tend to give you a good grounding for the day especially when recited first thing in the morning when you get up.

I also like to use positive visualization and to learn as much about my anxiety disorder by keeping my own personal anxiety journal, it just helps me to gain perspective of my attacks.

When things get really hectic though and I am in a public place I always rely on my good old anchor point which I have learned to use by using the Bagha guided meditation as part of my daily routine.
