ooh ((((((((((((Vamphile))))))))))),, i do know how you feel, i own an old home too, and when it's not one thing, it's another,, if you are really poor, sometimes there is a church or charity who will help; if you cannot stand to beg (which is harder than water, to me) you might see if there is an Independent Living Center in your area. they help all people with disabilities find resources to maintain their independence in the community. look online for one, as you just never know what they are gonna use for an agency name. best wishes,, Gus
