I think you should, it's unacceptable in this day and age for ANYONE to be discriminated against for any reason
This might be a little off topic, but I feel I should share it with you all.
I have a friend who is in a wheelchair, and has been for the last 20years after a motorcycle accident, has been instrumental in trying to gain better understanding and treatment for disabled persons, by raising money for concert halls to have lifts to the stage so people in wheelchairs can perform, or simply designing a ramp system for a work enviroment - he even competes regularly in marathons!
Meeting someone like him after the things I've been through with BPD always reminds me that there ARE people who are understanding and will not discriminate, and that you shouldn't stand for it.
The more I think about it, the more I believe that if only people would take 5 minutes to learn a little more BPD, or any mental health disorder that they don't know about or understand, the work environment would be so much better
And to quote my friend directly: "Accessibility discriminates against no-one"
