Thanks Bridgie....I used to do yoga, but now I'm more into more active exercises....I really don't want to take any medication....my friend is taking anti-anxiety med and she's getting really hooked up with that....she's trying to quite it but she said it's kinda difficult for her now....
I think I can be fine without taking med....hope I can....thanks again
