The anger and irritability stinks. Can you do something a little more physically strenous than a walk to release some of the energy and endorphins. I have found working on my ten kicks(I take kung fu) makes me focus and because I'm kicking and we smack our hands I feel as if I'm kicking something. Just a safer way than actually kicking something. Hope you are finally calming and don't do the si thing. It is extremely enticing but then you have to start counting your days of not siing over.
