It really depends on your genetic/physiological make-up, and on the nature of your indications too. As I mentioned, these drugs work for some people and not for others. With psych drugs, you really just have to try. There is no reason why it could not help
some people with both indications, but it also might help you with one and not the other, or with neither. One thing to note is that the dose typically prescribed for anti-smoking may be different than the dose for ADHD. So I would guess you would just aim for the higher one in order to help both indications--your prescriber should know. If you try, let us know how it goes. Good luck.
