I take symbyax which is actually a bipolar med but it helps me sleep. I still have some difficulty falling asleep, but once I'm asleep I sleep sound. I used to use melatonin which is sold over the counter and it helped some. I've also took trazadone which caused me to have headaches. I'm pretty happy with the symbyax as far as helping me sleep.
