We are so sorry that you feel this way. Is there someone with you or can you find a safe place to be. It is totally screwed up but the fact that you are starting to remember the switching even with out all the facts is a good sign it just scares the heck out of you.
This is the time to start journaling and finding out what causes the switching. We did this in front of a fire place this last year. So if you can find yourself a safe place to work out what happen during the lost time those within may find that safety is close, that you just have to learn to trust. Well this is what we did when we learned that we had lost time. This is what our grandmother had us do as we found safety with our fosterparents.
Keep on writing here we are listen even as we are unraveling our own ball of life.
