Agree with sunrise.
You can do it zoo. Hm. I wonder if you can plan for tomorrow to be a break from trauma work to talk about coping with anxiety? I know how hard it's been. All of tree's experiences have always reminded me that it's okay to go at your own pace. Use therapy to fill your own needs. If you need tomorrow to be a little easier than usual, I think that is understandable. You can tell T that you were thinking of cancelling, but you decided to come and talk about something other than trauma work for today.
