I have been on Seroquel 75mg for almost a year. Trazodone seemed to work until I started falling over putting on my socks, then when driving if I looked to the right that is the way the car went.

Klonopin did nothing, 7.5 mg and two hours later waiting in bed for it to work then I only slept 2 hours.

With the depression/anxiety meds and then the Seroquel for sleep, and I usually get 11 hours. Tried going to bed later but only wake up later, so I have learned to accept this is what I need to heal. If you can't fight it enjoy it.

My pdoc only changes one medication at a time so it could be some time before I get to see how I am sleeping on my own. We are still narrowing done what is needed for a stable mood with my depression.
In the beginning I did not have that much trouble falling asleep just staying asleep.

Due to how serious insomnia do not hesitate to contact your doc if you have more than 3 nights in a row, so the insomnia does not become the pattern. For me it can trigger or indicate a return of major depression symptons.

take care,
Thanks for this!
