Personally I think getting a diagnosis within two weeks is going to be cutting it very close, and it's probably not doable, especially for something complex like ASD where a diagnostician has to take in a lot of different factors to account for your behaviour and actions.
Plus you might have to wait for appointment slots anyways, so it might take a lot longer than two weeks to have your answer.
You can speed the process up by presenting your GP with a list of symptoms you think are caused by ASD and having your mum present a list of symptoms that you showed during a child, and also show your GP the diagnostic criteria of Asperger's and tell him/her how you think you met them as a child and how they still clinically impact on your life now.
