@amandalouise, back in 2007 I was tested and came out to be anemic, and put on an iron capsule that started with a "n". Around the end of 2008 I was tired of taking it, and stoped for about 3 weeks and agreed to be tested again, and all was good. I think i was like 2 points below the okay level. So that's prolly what's happening this time.. :\
btw, I'm 23. >.> I hope it's not peri mena. o.0 I'm not fimliar with that word, but I can pretty much guess what it means. Though i do know my family has a tendency to go into menopause early (28yrs being the youngest i know about). Lol, back in my high school speech class we got on that topic, while I remember thinking that it was normal for everyone at the age of 30 to go through menopause. <.<;; I came out of that class period well informed that 30 was not normal. lol!
I didn't know shakey was one of the iron signs though. Which would make a lot sense since I can go from still to so shakey one might think I just gulped down five energy/power shots.
Do you know if the iron pills in the vitimin area are the same as the kind with a prescription?
And yes, I use all the meds to the end.
No, no toys. Though if I ever do, that is a great thing to know. , so i will keep it in mind for if I ever do.
Yep, washing them with bleach. >.> that's the same thing as clorox isn't it?
Ok, I use new towels each time Thanks!
I haven't used any doushes or vineger or anything. My step mom tried to get me to use one once, and I shy'ed away.
And I always keep clothing on.. well... unless i'm showering of course. lol. But yeah.. I rarely don't have underwear on (and I've eyed thongs before, but I've never tried them before; so it's just normal underwear.)
Again, thank you so much!
The doc is in later today (they were closed yesterday when i called) So I'm gonna try calling them later. (I'm unsure how to get them to listen to me that the med basically didn't seem to help at all, just gave me horrible side effects. while my pdoc wont prescribe me any more of my meds if i loose any more weight, so I don't want to take that med again and end up with the same results as last time.)
@Perpetuallysad, thanks . I have those pages opened in my tabs, so after I post this reply I'm going to go look at them.
@WePow, The last part you said is hitting hard, as I know it's true... .... I'm not a big ER fan... ... and it always ends up where that's where I end... (about 95% of the time because of my ... I supose procrastination... or more of just me not feeling up to doing everything i need to do to get to the doctor before it gets bad..) . But i'm trying to get ahold of the doc/clinic today. I think they are suposed to open around 9. (it's about 7:30 right now)

the difference between the iron in an iron pill and a daily vitamin is the iron pill gives more in one dosage. daily vitamin holds 100% daily recommended iron where the iron pill usually holds between 150% and 250% daily recommended iron.
the difference between meopause and peri menopause is menopause is when the actual stopping and no more period for the rest of your life happens. peri menopause is the symptoms that a woman goes through for about 2-5 years before the period actually stops - irregular period, skipping months, spotting, clotting, flooding, hot flashes, cold flashes, mood swings, waking up the same time every night, early morning, sometimes food cravings.
bleach same as clorox? yes here it is.
I meant Shaky differently than having power shots/excess energy. anemia tends to make a person very tired needs to sleep alot. as a result when up and about the head feels light headed, shaky like jello, not stable, like any second legs are going to give out and feels like all energy is draining just walking across a room. when you pick up things hands shake sometimes visably.
for period problem you might want to see a physician (medical doctor) because having problems with a period is usually medcal not mental.. here a psychiatrist (Pdoc) works primarily on mental health issues where as a physician works on bodily medical problems first then sometimes will dispense psychotropic meds also.
