I will check the supplement for sure....and I try to write the anxiety triggers....I know exactly what are the causes for my anxiety this time....there are three things at a same time....I did some work for one of them and hope I get some answers then I can put that behind....
I used to do lots of meditations, but it feels my breath doesn't come out
