Just slow down all the negative thoughts xxx I'm glad you are going to see a T, it's a good idea. Mine was able to help with my panic attacks and anxiety so much so that I don't really have them much anymore - or maybe it's more that I just keep going rather than stopping and focusing on the panic - not sure but for the time being what ever I am doing works LOL
Meditation was such a big part in your life, I think that it would be a great idea if you could go back to that and perhaps Yoga too?
