Hey onlymedid, I used to get this a lot as well and most of my deep breathing exercises and stuff did not help either sometimes. I did however find an Amazing mental exercise which has helped me a hell of a lot, it is called the
Bagha and has really made the world of difference in my life. I hope this helps you as much as it did me, it has really turned my life around. Oh, and heres that hug,
