Soscared, the story about your husband is incredible! How is he doing now? I am also so very sorry to hear of the loss of your young friend. Yes, it is scary to see just how quickly things can be fine one day and horrible the next!

I lost my father when I was nine and my mother when I was twenty-two. I also have three brothers whom I never knew who all died when they were infants! I really do understand the reality of death.
