The P.A. told me that being on 300mg of lithium twice daily is no where near the theraputic level, but that is where he has to start me out to see how I handle it all.

So he upped my lithium to 300mg three times a day and upped my zoloft from 50mg to 75mg. I see him back in 30 and see how it goes.
