Hi! I am a 36 year old woman who was diagnosed w/ ADHD when I was in 1st grade but refused to take any medication. Recently, a good friend talked me into getting tested...they decided immediately I didn't need the testing but it ws virtually obvious! I am currently taking Vyvanse, which apparently is longer lasting nd not abusable. Both of which is something I am happy with; however, I am having trouble adjusting to being able to sit still, pay attention, not interrupt, and several other things. I feel like a new person, almost like a child just learning to walk, read, speak. I almost am afraid cuz I am more attentive to my surroundings and am not sure how to respond. I am known for my humor, obnoxious behavior, etc and am worried others may think there is something wrong with me!
