thanks guys....I still have a bit of anxiety....like today I woke up with that....but I feel I'm getting better....
well...I tried to sort things out and work on my ToDo list of things that I can do something for them....
I went to the T, but honesty I didn't feel talking to her and I felt she's really out dated....stuff that she was telling me were so cliche and doesn't work for me....I felt I know better than her how to cope with my anxiety....hehehe....
I got appointment for next Monday, but most likely I will cancel it....I don't want to use the company's money for her....she's pretty expensive too....wow....around $150/h....that's too much really for just listening to people and telling them go read some books....of course I read books....
Anyway, I think breathing exercise and trying to sort things out in my life is the big help.....
