(((((((huggs))))))) How did it go when you talked? Did you receive support? There's a saying . . . "you're only as sick as your secrets." You have made big steps forward in the healing process by opening up.

Before going to sleep, tell yourself to wake up if you dream something unpleasant. Do breathing exercises, relax muscles, and mediatate on happy things before you allow yourself to drift off to sleep. These things can be beneficial if you practice this regularly.

Try not to relive the sleep terrors. Tell yourself they were dreams and you are safe now.
