Are you interested at all in supplements for pain management? If so, magnesium helps nerve issues (at least for fibro) and then I also take glucosamine for joint health and inflamation, b12 and flaxseed for heart and circulation (helps remove build-up of chemicals and lactic acid from the fibro).
I also take st. johns' wort because I get side effects from prescription antidepressants.
I'm not real big on prescriptions, so I see a DO instead of regular physician. They are into all natural approches as much as possible.
