Hi. When I try to get into chat, I get the following error:

Sorry, you either need to be logged in order to use the chat system, or you have been restricted from using the chat rooms.You must have more than 5 posts before you can use the chat system.

I have posted more than 5 times and I am indeed logged in. So how do I enter chat? Thanks for any help you can provide!
