I sympathize. My father used to complain that he didn't own his home, it owned him and he lived in service to it. Frankly, I'm impressed you own your own home. I'm homeless, had two months of gainful employment in two years and I'm staying at my sister's. Does it help that I envy your leak problem? Probably not...
