Tough time getting out of bed today because of arthritis... VERY hard time sitting and standing up from the potty.

But while I am sitting, at quarter to 8 I hear a car horn. Was that my pickup van? They've been coming within 15 minutes of 9:00 every day, and I think some of the days that I missed they might have been here after 10:00, after I've given up and gone back to sleep.

So if that was them at 7:45, I may be screwed for today. I usually am ready by 7:30 but not today because of the arthritis. But anyway I was thinking that 7:30 was too early to get up if they are here at 9 everyday.

If I am supposed to be ready "between 7:30 and 10:00" for pickup everyday, thats a 2 and a half hour window, and I think that is just too strenuous and stressful for me with the the arthritis and the depression. It is so hard to wake up early, and having to be up and ready early and then not be picked up also feeds into my depression and my desire to go back to bed.

You'll know this afternoon whether I made it there or not...
