Pay attention to something other than your looks, change your focus. I got off Facebook to spend more time on a health site and here; don't do stuff that makes you feel bad! You don't have to watch/look at magazines and shows that are "fluff," about looks, to begin with. Remember what you're at the gym for; exercise. Don't bother with what anyone else is doing, you can hurt yourself if you don't pay attention to what you're doing :-)
