I haven't done my usual SI (cutting) in quite awhile now, but I'm wondering if I'm doing it passively.
I have a touch of adult ADD

and go through a lot of pots and pans because I put stuff on the stove and then forget about it till 20 minutes later, when whatever was in there is black and charred and so stuck to the bottom of the pot that it will never come out.
I am also usually in financial trouble -- while I love my job, it doesn't pay enough to live on. Right now I have $10 to get me through till I get paid next Thursday, and that's fairly typical. So the last time I needed pots and pans, a friend gave me some glass ones that she didn't use anymore.
I dropped one of those on the kitchen floor oh, a month ago or so, maybe more. The normal thing to do would be to pick it up and throw it in the trash, right?
Well, I've left it sitting on the floor. There's one really big piece with a very sharp edge, and occasionally if it's dark or I'm not watching where I'm going, I step on it. Voila! Not much pain, lots of blood, no scars, as it's on the bottom of my foot.
Is this passive SI, or do I get to keep my streak of non-SI days going?
