Sorry for your lost of your grandmother. As Jbug said, all families has one or two or three etc. Our family sure has enough of them. We always end up calling the cops to funerals and weddings for someone there. LOL Most of the time it's because of alcohol. I too like your title, esp. since I live in Redneck country.
